A client in the Bothell, WA area is looking for a Senior Web Analytics Analyst.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Lead comprehensive web analytics efforts to track and analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
o Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
o Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant platforms to collect and interpret data.
Strategy Development:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve website performance and user experience.
o Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for website success.
o Provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies, content development, and product improvements.
Optimization and Testing:
o Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate tests to optimize website elements and improve conversion rates.
o Analyze test results and recommend changes based on data-driven conclusions.
o Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and iterate as needed.
Technical Implementation:
o Work closely with web developers and IT teams to ensure accurate tracking and tagging of website elements.
o Implement and manage tracking codes, pixels, and other analytics tools.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Act as the primary point of contact for all web analytics-related inquiries and projects.
o Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
o Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align web analytics efforts with broader business goals.

o Minimum of 5 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or a related field.
o Proven experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
o Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.
o Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
o Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
o Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
o Candidates with ability to story-tell with data preferred.
o Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
