Job Description

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing domestic and international shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods. This role requires strong knowledge of international trade compliance, shipping documentation, and carrier coordination, as well as hands-on experience with shipping systems and label creation.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
Demonstrated experience supporting international shipping and receiving
Working knowledge of trade compliance, including customs regulations, export documentation, and Incoterms
Hands-on experience with shipping label creation and carrier shipping systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
Proficiency with ERP, WMS, or logistics management systems
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
