Job Description

As a Lab Instrument Services Technician, you will be responsible for daily support activities, including:
Acting as a subject matter expert in responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and calibration service on incubators, centrifuges, balances, and other laboratory equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation of essential instrumentation, controls, and electrical equipment.
Effectively communicates with the site management team and the client.
Calibrating process instrumentation such as Volume, Weight, Humidity, etc.
Utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track, schedule calibration, and maintenance records for lab process equipment.
Providing regular reports to senior management regarding throughput/performance, issues, and projects in laboratories and other assigned production projects.
Identifying and documenting cost savings.
