Job Description
The ERP (SAP) Data Specialist supports the MSAT team by managing and maintaining accurate data within Bruker’s SAP ERP systems. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity across product structures, materials, and manufacturing processes while supporting cross‑functional business operations.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of SAP master data including BOMs, item masters, and routings
• Ensure ERP data aligns with real‑world materials, manufacturing processes, and product structures
• Collaborate with IT, Manufacturing, MSAT NPI, Supply Chain, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Finance teams
• Resolve ERP data issues and support end users with a strong customer service mindset
• Cleanse, validate, reconcile, and document ERP data for ongoing maintenance and migrations
• Create and maintain training documentation and departmental SOPs
• Deliver ERP user training to improve system adoption and data accuracy
Analyze ERP workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of ERP experience; SAP strongly preferred (Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics acceptable)
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or BI tools such as Power BI
• Strong data analysis, trending, and problem‑solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• BS/BA degree in a scientific or related field preferred
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Organized, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities
• Biotech or life sciences industry experience preferred
Knowledge of product structures, BOMs, and manufacturing processes preferred
