Cleans worksites, including hauling of debris and trash to the dumpster, cleaning tools and equipment and ensuring tools, materials and equipment are stored properly.
Inspects and identifies facilities equipment in need of repair.
Performs miscellaneous repair, maintenance construction, general installation, and preventative maintenance work under the direction of Supervisor or skilled trades person.
Make regular inspection rounds of buildings, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and major equipment.
Checks for appearance and cleanliness, structural cracks, excessive wear, and faulty parts.
Complying with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
All work to be scheduled and completed from a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
