Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Develop and document detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Utilize StreamServe or similar technologies to design and implement effective solutions.
Lead the RFP process, from drafting proposals to evaluating vendor responses and selecting the best-fit solution.
Oversee the implementation of chosen solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical specifications.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for IT applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members and stakeholders on new technologies and processes.

Proven expertise in executing RFPs and implementing chosen solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience working at Puget Sound Energy (PSE) is highly desirable.
