Job Description

Manage and prioritize executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
Prepare and organize meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
Draft and proofread emails, reports, and presentations
Facilitate communication among C-suite executives and other departments
Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
Prepare travel expense reports and manage related budgets
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office, ensuring a productive environment
Organize and coordinate executive meetings, retreats, and team-building events
Manage logistics, catering, and venue arrangements for onsite events

Required Skills & Experience

-3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite or M365
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
