Job Description

The Delivery Management Coordinator supports supply chain execution by maintaining visibility into open purchase orders and supplier delivery commitments. This role ensures accurate order tracking, timely supplier follow up, and consistent delivery reporting to support procurement, planning, and internal stakeholders.

This role partners closely with procurement, sourcing, planning, and suppliers to maintain accurate order status information and ensure delivery updates are communicated across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related support role.


Experience working with purchase orders, supplier coordination, or order tracking processes.


Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate operational data.


Experience working with ERP or procurement systems.


Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across stakeholders.


Proficiency in spreadsheet and reporting tools.
