Project Planning and Execution: Oversee contracting activities in support of project execution. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Portfolio Management: Support a portfolio of projects within Pfizer's Companion Diagnostic Development Oncology group. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with clinical development, regulatory affairs, commercial teams, testing labs and external diagnostic partners to align on project goals and strategies.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all companion diagnostic development activities comply with global regulatory requirements. Support the timely preparation of necessary documentation for regulatory approvals.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders as required. Provide regular updates on project status and ensure effective communication across all teams. Ensure deliverables, actions and resolutions are documented and tracked both at the project and portfolio levels through completion.

5+ years of project or program management experience
Bachelor's degree or higher [degree can be flexible with additional experience]
Extensive Excel knowledge
Proven experience working on complex projects
Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
Experience in Power BI dashboard creation and basic Sharepoint development
Project management experience within a clinical trial or CRO (Contract Research Organization) group
Companion diagnostics (CDx) experience
In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) experience
