Job Description

In this role, you will be part of the Control Systems Engineering team responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining the control systems that support PUDs operation. Your day-to-day activities will include project work, operational support with data, and application upgrades. This role will primarily focus on supporting our Generation Management System (GMS), hardware and data historian. The control systems department is also responsible for supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), energy management (EMS), Energy Accounting Systems (EAS), custom application & interface software, and databases. The infrastructure includes firewalls, switches, servers, storage arrays, workstations, and all tools required to manage and secure the environment

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelors degree in engineering, Technology or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. (working in an energy companys real-time desk, marketer energy, worked with CIPs ,OATIs, energy tagging system, PCIs GSMS system)
-3+ years of experience in maintaining applications providing 24x7 support of critical operations.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science or Cyber Security
-Professional Engineer (PE).
-Experience with ovation.
