Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep UKG Dimensions (Time & Labor) experience within healthcare to work on PST hours. This individual will lead the UKG technical and configuration workstream, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Labor Relations, Nursing Operations, IT, and external vendors to align UKG Dimensions with workforce, regulatory, and operational requirements. This is a highly visible initiative focused on ensuring time and labor processes appropriately support healthcare workforce policies, union requirements, and Washington State labor regulations.
-Lead the UKG Dimensions technical and configuration workstream, including project planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and execution.
-Gather, document, and validate requirements related to Time & Labor, including pay rules, overtime calculations, shift differentials, meal/rest break rules, waivers, scheduling requirements, and workforce policies.
-Translate operational, regulatory, labor, and clinical workforce requirements into UKG configuration specifications, design decisions, and acceptance criteria.
-Coordinate cross-functional working sessions with UKG, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Labor Relations, Nursing Operations, IT, and program leadership.
-Manage vendor deliverables, timelines, project dependencies, and issue escalation to ensure successful delivery.
-Drive change management and communications associated with workforce management process and system changes.
-Support testing strategy, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, cutover planning, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
-Validate integrations and data flows between UKG Dimensions, Workday HCM, ADP, and related systems.
-Ensure UKG configurations align with applicable state regulations, labor agreements, workforce policies, and operational requirements.
-Advise stakeholders on design decisions and configuration tradeoffs needed to meet business and regulatory objectives.
-Provide ongoing status reporting, risk updates, and project communications to program leadership and executive stakeholders.
-Partner with the Program Manager and other project leads to coordinate sequencing, dependencies, and overall program execution.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications:
-5+ years of Project Management experience leading UKG Dimensions initiatives within healthcare organizations.
-Hands-on knowledge of UKG Dimensions Time & Labor functionality, including pay rule, overtime calculations, shift differentials and premiums, meal and rest break rules, waivers, and workforce scheduling and timekeeping policies
-Experience translating workforce, labor, operational, and regulatory requirements into UKG Dimensions configuration and design requirements.
-Experience leading UKG Dimensions remediation, optimization, compliance, or workforce management transformation projects.
-Healthcare experience supporting complex workforce environments, including nursing operations, staffing, scheduling, payroll, and labor compliance.
-Experience partnering directly with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Labor Relations, Operations, IT teams, and UKG vendors to define and implement workforce management solutions.
-Strong understanding of healthcare workforce management processes and how they impact UKG Dimensions configuration.
-Experience managing requirements gathering, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, cutover planning, and go-live support for UKG initiatives.
-Proven ability to drive cross-functional decision-making and align stakeholders around workforce management and system design requirements.
-Must work PST hours.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience supporting Washington State healthcare organizations.
-PMP, PMI-ACP, or relevant certification.
-Experience with UKG Dimensions integrations involving Workday HCM and payroll systems such as ADP.
