Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support and drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering and infrastructure initiatives. This role acts as a vital link between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technical environments (e.g., DevOps, cloud infrastructure, software development) and will be skilled at coordinating multiple moving parts, resolving blockers, and facilitating clear communication across diverse teams.
• Coordinate and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across engineering, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with project managers, technical leads, and product owners to track progress and address risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate team stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status reviews.
• Assist in managing backlog items and ensure work is properly prioritized and aligned with sprint goals.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, status reports, and action items.
• Track and communicate project metrics, escalating issues proactively to ensure successful execution.
• Support the onboarding and coordination of vendors, contractors, or third-party technical contributors as needed.
• Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Microsoft Project to organize workflows and reporting.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience supporting projects involving cloud infrastructure, automation, or software platforms.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or Agile Project Management.
• Familiarity with tools like Git, Confluence, ServiceNow, or Smartsheet is a plus.
