Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Technical Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives within our Cybersecurity organization, with a strong emphasis on Workforce Identity & Access Management (IAM). This role will focus on driving improvements in access governance, implementing least privilege principles, and enhancing compliance through robust access review processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity programs focused on access management and governance for workforce users.
• Drive roadmap planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment across engineering, security, compliance, and business teams.
• Champion the implementation and optimization of access review processes to ensure least privilege access across enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with IAM platform owners (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint) to streamline access provisioning, role-based access controls (RBAC), and entitlement reviews.
• Partner with HRIS, ITSM, and cloud infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and automation of identity lifecycle processes.
• Define and enforce scalable IAM solutions aligned with Zero Trust principles and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOC2).
• Develop and maintain program metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting to track access risks, review completion rates, and compliance posture.
• Drive continuous improvement in audit readiness, access certification workflows, and policy enforcement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years in cybersecurity or IAM domains.
• Proven experience managing workforce IAM portfolios, including onboarding/offboarding, role-based access, and entitlement reviews.
• Strong understanding of access governance, least privilege principles, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with IAM tools and platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or SAFe.
• Experience with cloud-native IAM in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Background in enterprise security architecture or Zero Trust frameworks.
