Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture efforts across broadband and telecom initiatives. This role will sit part-time onsite in Bellevue and is ideal for someone who thrives in AWS environments, understands microservices deeply, and can align technology decisions with strategic business goals.

Required Skills & Experience

Own the end-to-end solution architecture across the product lifecycle, from design to deployment.
Architect and implement distributed microservices systems using AWS-native technologies.
Design and optimize APIs and service call patterns for scalable data ingestion and transformation.
Lead broadband data initiatives, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Collaborate on Salesforce integration efforts to support CRM and broadband sync.
Identify architectural gaps and define remediation strategies across domains.
Align technology decisions with business goals such as revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Drive strategic architecture planning, including current/future state modeling and technology roadmaps.
Mentor team members and communicate architectural standards across the enterprise.
Required Skills & Experience:
AWS Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.).
Microservices Architecture: Proven experience designing and deploying microservices in cloud-native environments.
API Design: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, service orchestration, and data flow optimization.
Telecom Industry Experience: Prior work in telecom or broadband projects is strongly preferred.
Salesforce Exposure: Experience integrating with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect business strategy to technology decisions and architecture.
Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and architectural tradeoff discussions.
Compliance & Standards: Familiarity with enterprise architecture standards (TMUS preferred) and ability to enforce guardrails.
