General Project Overview: This project focuses on optimizing the clients fiber and backhaul network by transitioning to a new fiber provider. The scope includes transitioning existing services, establishing new services through new fiber construction, and disconnecting old fiber vendors.
Key Project Activities:
1. Transition Existing Services:
o Seamlessly migrate live services from the current fiber provider to the new provider.
o Ensure minimal disruption during the transition process.
2. New Service Deployment:
o Stand up new services by constructing new fiber infrastructure.
o Implement Fiber to a Tower solutions to enhance connectivity.
3. Backhaul Deployment:
o Engineer and deploy backhaul connections to support the new fiber infrastructure.
o Optimize transport engineering to ensure efficient data flow.
4. Vendor Disconnection:
o Disconnect and decommission old fiber vendors.
Optimize operational expenses (Opex) by eliminating redundant services.

· Proven experience in tracking high-level deliverables and managing complex projects.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Project or comparable tools
· Experience in backhaul deployment, transport engineering, or fiber.
· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
