Job Description

• Leading overall technology strategy and governance for the product, in collaboration with technical and architectural stakeholders
• Defines and communicates a shared understanding of the objectives of an initiative & its scope.
• Drives to decision on what scope is in vs out of each MVP.
• Assists the product owner to sequencing deliverables & work products. (i.e. features)
• Ensures adherence to cost guardrails by balancing capacity, resourcing, scope, and deadlines.
• Balancing technical needs, ongoing improvements & stability, while lowering costs
• Ensuring continuous technical delivery of most valuable product capabilities, across the workflow managing risks and dependencies
• Defining and communicating the technical vision with the technical enablers to achieve it
• Ensures 52-week Product Level CBE is updated with key milestones in collaboration with the Product owner.
• Ensuring Products and teams maintains good data hygiene for feature self-assessments and championing the activity dashboard (backlog health, Feature Cycle Time).

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years as a Product Manager at T-Mobile
• Driving technical strategy across all IT groups
• A proven outcome-based track record of coaching at the team level.
• Strong ability to create presentation decks and build relationships with stakeholders
• Experience partnering with peer Architects and Product managers to drive technical strategy for cross domain projects
• Identification, backlog management, staffing key roles and successful planning and executing of program increments.
• Knowledge of Agile management and virtual collaboration tools. (e.g. Jira and Jira Align).
• Extremely organized and able to manage a large team .
• Strong presentation experience and interfacing with senior executives
• Solid communication skills
• Ability to run a war room
