Guide and coach network and SDN teams in Agile practices, adapting to their current maturity levels.
Lead the transition of teams from siloed operations into Agile workflows using Jira and Agile Portfolio.
Collaborate with Technical Program Managers to define and track quarterly features, stories, and epics.
Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Support teams in story writing, feature creation, and roadmap alignment.
Ensure all work is visible and traceable in Jira for leadership reporting and portfolio tracking.
Act as a liaison between product and technical teams, translating network-specific terminology into Agile deliverables.
Promote a mindful, non-disruptive Agile adoption strategy tailored to each teams readiness.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and cross-team collaboration.
Help build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track team velocity, sprint progress, and deliverables.
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Strong understanding of telecommunications networks, SDN, and network monitoring tools (e.g., VPC, Firewall, Proxy, NetScout).
Experience onboarding teams into Jira and managing Agile portfolios.
Ability to coach teams with little to no Agile experience.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, especially in cross-functional and technical environments.
Comfortable working in a hybrid Agile model and adapting frameworks to team needs.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.).
