Insight Global is hiring a permanent Sales Executive II for a premier third-party health plan administrator. This position sits remote in Utah, but requires weekly client drop-ins and events with clients/brokers.
The Sales Executive will sell various lines of business including Medical, Dental, Vision, and various programs available in the 100+ employee market.
This role is primarily responsible for educating and partnering with producers in Utah and Southern Idaho in order to grow a book of business. Your role is to demonstrate knowledge and expertise regarding self-insured funding options. You will develop producer relationships and strategically manage your territory, selling exclusively through the broker/producer distribution channel, and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure our clients satisfaction throughout the onboarding process and beyond.
The base salary range for this position in the Utah area is $109,000 - $144,000 and varies dependent on geography, skills, experience, education, and other job or market-related factors. Performance-based incentive bonus(es) is available.

Currently licensed, or must become licensed within 90 days of hire to sell insurance (health, life, and /or disability) in UT.
Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of sales experience required
5+ years in employee benefits required
Existing relationships with healthcare brokers
A proven record of accomplishment achieving sales goals and transitioning accounts
Ability to develop and execute a long-term strategic plan to win business, including maintaining a top prospect list and sales pipeline
Ability to engage in community/networking opportunities outside of normal business hours
Proven ability to build and maintain effective business relationships
