Job Description

We are seeking passionate, creative, and hungry early-career professionals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This is a critical role where you’ll be on the front lines of our growth efforts — opening doors, creating opportunities, and helping us break into key accounts. Required Skills & Experience

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research, identify, and develop new business opportunities using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and social media platforms.
• Creative Outreach: Use phone, email, social selling, and AI-driven techniques to connect with prospects in unique and impactful ways.
• Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, assess fit, and educate them on DispatchTrack’s value.
• Appointment Setting: Secure discovery calls and meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) to track leads, activity, and progress through the sales funnel.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align targeting, messaging, and campaign execution.
• Outstanding Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate value and build rapport quickly.
• Resilience & Drive: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and embraces rejection as part of the learning process.
• Creativity: Willingness to experiment with new ways of reaching prospects using AI tools and digital channels.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and juggle multiple leads simultaneously.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Zoom Info, Gong).
• Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as an SDR
• Previous experience supporting a SaaS company
• Previous course work in logistics

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
