Job Description
- Own the technical integration roadmap for acquired companies.
- Assess systems, architecture, data, and processes of acquired entities.
- Define integration strategy, sequencing, and MVP scope.
- Coordinate across architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and product teams.
- Run program increments, manage dependencies, and align all IT domains.
- Lead war rooms, executive updates, and cross functional decision forums.
- Build and manage program plans, timelines, staffing, and cost guardrails.
- Ensure workstreams follow T Mobile’s technical, security, and architecture standards.
- Track risks, issues, and mitigation across the integration lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary IT contact for all M&A initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and operational impacts.
- Deliver executive level presentations, status updates, and recommendations.
- Oversee data migration, system cutovers, and application rationalization.
- Ensure alignment with ERP, CRM, billing, identity, and network systems.
- Drive process harmonization and operational readiness across impacted teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience, ideally within T Mobile or a similar enterprise environment.
- Proven experience leading large scale, cross domain IT programs — M&A experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integrations, data flows, and IT governance.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives and technical teams.
- Expertise in Agile delivery, Jira/Jira Align, and large scale program planning.
- Highly organized, decisive, and comfortable leading through ambiguity and fast moving environments.
- Experience working in a team environment
