Job Description
We are seeking a Senior DevSecOps / Platform Engineer to support a large-scale internal cloud platform that enables onboarding, deployment, and lifecycle management of complex workloads for enterprise teams. This role focuses on building secure, scalable, and automated cloud infrastructure while embedding security practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and implement secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure solutions aligned to business needs
• Build and maintain automation for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management
• Ensure cloud platforms comply with data protection regulations and industry best practices
• Implement and manage SAML-based single sign-on integrations with enterprise identity providers
• Design and enforce role-based access control models aligned to enterprise security standards
• Automate user access and lifecycle management across CI/CD, identity, and security platforms
• Develop standardized CI/CD templates for infrastructure-as-code, container, and security scanning
• Create GitOps-based deployment templates to automate workload delivery on container platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed DevSecOps practices and shift security earlier in the development lifecycle
• Participate in quarterly planning sessions to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and support on-time delivery
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on IAM, CI/CD security automation, and platform reliability
• Partner with external vendors to onboard them into enterprise CI/CD and security platforms
• Define and enforce security, compliance, and governance requirements for vendor integrations
• Guide vendors in adopting GitOps deployment patterns for consistent and secure application delivery
• Design scalable multi-tenant architectures for CI/CD and security platforms to support multiple teams
• Architect standardized multi-environment deployment patterns to improve consistency and traceability
• Engineer and deploy on-premises automation agents using declarative GitOps methodologies
• Lead onboarding sessions, technical workshops, and documentation reviews to reinforce best practices
