We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Developer to join our Geospatial Group within a leading telecom organization. This fully remote role is ideal for a developer who thrives in a data-rich, visualization-heavy environment and is passionate about crafting intuitive, performant, and scalable geospatial applications.
You will play a key role in building and maintaining advanced front-end interfaces focused on geospatial data, telecom infrastructure mapping, and performance dashboards. This position will work closely with API developers, product managers, and data analysts to deliver robust tools that inform critical business decisions.

7+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably React.
Proficient with React Query, MobX, or equivalent state/data management libraries.
Solid understanding of SQL and experience writing performant queries to interface with APIs.
Demonstrated experience in unit testing and E2E testing using tools like Jest and Playwright.
Strong portfolio or examples of map visualizations and data visualization implementations.
Deep understanding of data visualization best practices, especially related to geospatial or spatial-temporal data.
Comfortable working in Agile development environments with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in or with broadband or geospatial industries.
Familiarity with libraries such as Mapbox GL JS, Leaflet, D3.js, or Deck.gl.
Knowledge of API development and integration patterns.
Prior experience contributing to UI/UX design systems.
