Job Description
Our client is looking for a Direct to Consumer (DTC) Advertising Manager to join their Ecommerce team. This role will own, scale multi-channel mid and lower funnel advertising to drive new customer acquisition, optimize campaigns, and scale media spend profitably. The candidate will be responsible for developing and leading DTC advertising strategy and execution across Google – Search & YouTube, Meta, Tik Tok, and emerging platforms. You will develop and execute end-to-end media strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention. You will manage budgets, allocate spend, and optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, and CLV targets. You will build a robust testing roadmap for creatives, audiences, and funnel strategies and partner with creative and product teams to brief assets and align campaigns with brand objectives. We are seeking a candidate that comes with experience in wellness, beauty or CPG industries. This role is required to go onsite four days a week.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years in digital performance marketing with proven experience across Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Demonstrated success in scaling paid media budgets profitably.
- Deep analytical expertise with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, attribution software, and Excel/Sheets.
- Ability to balance upper-funnel brand awareness with lower-funnel conversion optimization.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
