Job Description

The IT Delivery Manager within T‑Mobile for Business (TfB) is responsible for driving the end‑to‑end delivery of complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives that enable business, government, and enterprise customers. TfB supports commercial, public sector, and federal clients with wireless, 5G, IoT, and advanced network solutions, with a strong focus on scalable onboarding, billing, self‑service, and customer experience platforms. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to ensure reliable, on‑time execution of initiatives across the TfB portfolio, including customer‑facing and internal platforms that support account management, offers and promotions, device programs, network services, and flexible billing capabilities

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in IT delivery, technical program management, or delivery management within large‑scale enterprise environments, preferably in telecom, wireless, or complex customer‑facing platforms.
Proven experience delivering cross‑functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Operations, and external vendors.
Strong background driving delivery across customer‑facing and internal systems, including account management, billing, offers/promotions, device programs, self‑service, or network‑enabled solutions.
Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones across multiple teams and workstreams in fast‑paced environments.
Hands‑on experience with Agile and SAFe delivery models, including PI planning, backlog management, sprint execution, and release coordination.
Experience leading war rooms, release readiness, and executive‑level status reporting, with clear, data‑driven communication.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into executable delivery plans, while ensuring alignment with architectural, security, and compliance standards.
Proficiency with delivery and reporting tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and dashboarding / KPI tracking.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align, and drive decisions across senior leaders and delivery teams.
