Job Description

This role supports the Cyber Portfolio Management Team, which is responsible for ensuring all cyber initiatives are accurately captured and aligned with agile processes and SOX compliance requirements. The position emphasizes strong cross-functional collaboration between cyber and shared services teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of integrating seamlessly with the team to drive alignment, execution, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support agile processes and tooling across cyber and shared services.
• Ensure SOX compliance and manage evidence collection workflows.
• Collaborate closely with cyber and shared services teams to maintain alignment.
• Drive quarterly PI Planning and help organize planning artifacts.
• Create and deliver presentations and decks for leadership visibility.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting large enterprise environments.
• Background in Agile implementation; prior TMO experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Highly proactive and detail oriented.
• Jira, PowerBI, ChatGPT/Copilot
• PowerPoint for presentation development
• Familiarity with PI Planning and quarterly planning cycles
