Job Description

Senior Engineer is responsible for the validation and implementation activities to certify the client's private cloud platform is ready to take on telecommunications applications, including performance and resiliency validation. The Engineer will lead the maintenance/maintain the cloud testing environments, develop and execute quality assurance testing and produce documentation for each cloud release as well as coordinate QA testing cycles across each domain before production release.

· Develop/Execute test strategies and methodologies incorporating automation for quick time to market
· Develop and execute detailed test plans. Lead QA cycles, report issues, and prepare readiness reports for large programs.
· Collaborate with application owners to ensure a successful implementation
· Document all phases of the lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

· Bachelor's Degree
· 7+ years of technical engineering experience
· Experience with Spirent, VoerEir, or other automated benchmarking tools
· Experience with telecommunications, hardware, or cloud benchmarking validation.
· Experience with testing and implementing a cloud platform using automation.
· Quality of Service planning and dimensioning of SDN/NFV nodes.
Experience with testing methodologies and techniques.
