Job Description

This individual will act as a strategic partner to clients- owning performance, driving execution, and identifying opportunities to optimize Amazon presence and sales.

This is a highly autonomous role ideal for a self-starter who is confident engaging directly with clients, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and energized by solving problems in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.


Day-to-Day:
• Manage day-to-day client relationships (13 existing), communication, and project timelines (email, Teams, Asana)
• Own account strategy and performance tracking across key KPIs
• Build and execute growth-focused eCommerce strategies (Amazon-centric)
• Analyze performance across sales, inventory, content, and advertising to drive optimization
• Partner with clients to develop marketing plans and improve ROI
• Educate and advise clients on Amazon best practices and growth levers
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, content) to execute programs
• Oversee Amazon catalog management (new item setup, content updates, etc.)
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and increased efficiency

Required Skills & Experience

Required Knowledge & Skills:
• 1–2 years of Amazon vendor management experience (Vendor Central + Seller Central)
• Manage core operational workflows, including:
• Creating and managing FBA orders (Fulfilled by Amazon)
• Ensuring products are Prime-eligible and properly stocked
• Overseeing catalog setup, content updates, and listing optimizations
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising (campaign setup, optimization, reporting)
• Strong understanding of Amazon ecosystem: catalog, content, inventory, and sales drivers
• Proven client/account management experience with strong communication skills
• Experience managing projects, timelines, and deliverables (Asana or similar tools)
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze KPIs (sales, revenue, ROAS, inventory health)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
• Self-starter comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
Comfortable with change and continuous learning within eCommerce

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice to Have:
• Experience supporting other eCommerce retailers (Walmart, Target, etc.)
• Background in CPG or working with consumer brands
• Digital marketing or online advertising experience
• Advanced Excel / data analysis skills
• Experience with CRM tools and reporting dashboards
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
