1+ year of experience working in Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, Assisted Living, or similar environment
RN or LPN license

Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the building
Support and supervise nursing staff
Attend and contribute to internal meetings and external conferences
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with nursing administrative tasks
Assist with resident discharges and follow-up care coordination
Provide hands-on support to nurses during high-demand periods
Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance are consistently met
