The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating communications with drivers to ensure safe, courteous, and efficient transportation services are delivered to our customers.
Core Competencies / Responsibilities:
Ensure that each driver reports at their scheduled work shift time
Arrange coverage for any call offs within driver staffing
Prepares and prints manifest for all operator's toe (10) minutes prior to scheduled check in time
Make bus assignments
Ensure all operators pull out on time
Provide written documentation of incidents which may require follow-up action but not limited to call outs by operators

Previous experience in the transit industry either as a driver or dispatcher, preferably in a paratransit environment a plus
