LPN

We are seeking a kind and friendly Nurse (RN/LVN/LPN) to represent Radish Health and
support high quality virtual primary care for our patients. You will be facilitating telehealth visits
with patients temporarily PART TIME during the day shift at our partner employer site in
Warrenton, VA for two full days per week. Tuesdays and Friday 9am-5pm. Start date: ASAP.
Length of contract: 12 weeks from start date to cover maternity leave for one of our permanent
employees. You will be the only Radish employee onsite, and the providers are offsite virtually. It
is also important that you feel comfortable using new technology.

Responsibilities:
• Uphold the mission, vision, and values of Radish Health
• Facilitate telehealth visits with patients, including taking vital signs, reviewing
medical history, answering patient questions, and setting up technology
• Administer vaccinations in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
• Perform phlebotomy procedures involving venipuncture to obtain blood samples
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Work with a small and dynamic team of providers to help patients
• Support patient care by providing care coordination and responding to patient
emails, texts, and phone calls
• Follow infection control procedures to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
• Comply with state and federal regulations related to nursing practice
• Contribute to clinical marketing materials

Qualifications:
• Active VA RN/LPN/LVN license in good standing
• Kind and empathetic personality with exceptional customer service skills

• Nice to have: Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Availability to work onsite in Warrenton, VA twice a week for ~3 months beginning
in mid-April
• Experience administering vaccinations and performing phlebotomy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently onsite and as part of a team virtually
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic medical record systems
• Current BLS certification
