Working within a collaborative team of approximately 25 professionals, this individual will typically contribute to one or two projects at a time, participate in regular coordination meetings, and take on increasing ownership and technical complexity as they grow within the organization.
Success in this role requires strong technical proficiency in roadway design and modeling, knowledge of DOT standards and highway design principles, and experience developing project cost estimates.
