Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a skilled and experienced Family Law / Divorce Paralegal to join one of our legal clients. Our client is a small law firm in Virginia Beach. They currently have 3 attorneys that litigate and advocate for their clients. This is a full time / permanent role. This individual would be onsite Monday through Friday. The working hours are 8:30am – 5pm. This role will primarily support two attorneys and play a key part in managing client communications, preparing legal documents, and coordinating court-related activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle client and court communications professionally and promptly
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents related to family law and divorce cases
• Manage attorney calendars, schedule hearings, and track deadlines
• Prepare and organize case files for court proceedings
• Support attorneys with day-to-day case management and administrative tasks
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law or divorce litigation
• Proficiency in CLEO case management software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small office setting
