Insight Global is looking for an IT Contracting Specialist to join one our healthcare clients. This position is fully remote. They will be responsible for managing and tracking contracts and documents. They will be drafting and reviewing contractual agreements between companies/suppliers of products or services for the legal, compliance, cyber, governance, and IT groups. They will negotiate terms with vendors or customers that satisfy stakeholders and manage correspondence with partners or customers.
