Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Site Superintendent to join one of our top security clients. The rate is not specified and the salary ranges from $80,000-$100,000. This Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the on-site management of projects, ensuring they are completed successfully, on time, within budget, and according to the contract scope. This role involves supervising project specialists, installers, and subcontractors, coordinating activities, verifying quality, and identifying potential risks. They also work closely with project managers to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience
15+ years of Project Management Experience- extensive experience in managing projects, especially within a technical environment like building automation, fire alarm systems, or electronic security systems.
Blueprint and Drawing Proficiency- Strong understanding of blueprints, design drawings, system wiring, installation procedures, and ability to read schematics and manuals.
Construction Skills- Proficiency in construction practices and understanding of project plans.
Basic programming experience
Security certification or equivalent
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Data center experience (plus)
