- Conducts preventive maintenance on production equipment following established standards.
- Utilizes the Maintenance Management System (MMS) to report repair status and work orders.
- Troubleshoots, inspects, and maintains industrial equipment, leveraging expertise in electrical components, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Communicates professionally with internal customers, providing updates on repair progress, parts orders, and estimated completion time.
- Attends daily team meetings to prioritize and review work schedules.
- Proficiently operates production equipment for troubleshooting and testing.
- Collaborates with equipment manufacturers, vendors, and representatives for troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Adheres to company policies, maintaining a clean workspace.
- Performs additional maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Has a flexible schedule to accommodate occasional off-shift and weekend work, with potential for on-call rotation in the future.

- 2 years of industrial mechanical experience (within manufacturing or production environment)
- Ability to use hand tools and measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, etc)
- Ability to read and understand manuals, prints, and schematics
- OSHA compliance and company safety & electrical regulations (lock out / tag out)
