Insight Global is looking to for a Legal Claims Reviewer to join a settlement administration company in Richmond, VA. The Claims Reviewer is responsible for complex review of documents in order to evaluate and assign values
to claims while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of the claims data to ensure excellent client
service. Duties and Responsibilities include:
1.) Review claims submissions and apply completeness criteria to determine completeness of required
documentation.
2. Review financial and/or medical records and apply complex methodology to value claims.
3. Review claims in order to provide information to the client and other counsel outside the firm.
4. Perform regular quality control of client databases through secondary review of claims information.
5. May include work on the telephone and speaking with claimants.
6. Research and gather additional information on specific terminology related to a Program.
7. Review specific documents for accuracy and in accordance with a Program.
8. Prepare correspondence to communicate benefit determinations.
9. Perform data entry claims information to generate correspondence and reports related to status of
claims submissions. Review information for accuracy.
10. Performs other related duties as required and assigned by an Analyst or Team Lead.

Bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year of relatable work or academic experience desired
Demonstrate strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Excel skills highly desired.
Research or analytics background
