The NOC Analyst will provide direct support as an important part of the Federal Cloud Network Operations Center. Contacts will be received from tenant program technical staff that may include potential issues with AWS, Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, and other assorted tool sets. The successful Administrator will be able to leverage personal talent and experiences, Knowledge Articles, and advanced technical staff to resolve a multitude of cloud platform issues. This position will enable the employee to gain experience and promotions into security, networking, or cloud infrastructure positions within the team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify gaps in project and systems performance management processes.
- Create process documentation and training materials.
- Conduct reviews of data derived from project and systems performance management processes and summarize findings.
- Perform quality audit of work products delivered by team members and service providers.
- Create reports used to evaluate trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze data and report on issues and challenges related to the effective execution of project and performance management processes.
- Analyze system data and performance reports to support identification of trends and business impact.
- Analyze information related to systems management activities (estimates, resources, time logs, risks, change requests, and schedules), and prepare actionable recommendations to support business objectives.
Annual Pay Rage: $70k - $80k
*The pay rate for this position may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, certifications and location. Additionally, the final pay rate may be contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment requirements such as background checks, drug testing, and physical examinations.

- Experience with Virtual Machines, Access Management, Patch/Remediation, Security Alert Management, Storage Management, and Network Troubleshooting
- Experience working in an AWS Cloud Environment
- Experience with Windows (or other) server configuration, administration, and monitoring
- Experience applying the ITIL Foundation in relevant environment
- Experience with ServiceNow or Cherwell Service Management
- Active Public Trust Clearance
