Job Description

As an Agile Scrum Master, they will lead the agile team and development partners through the software development life cycle process. This would include Agile Scrum-based software development, Hybrid Agile based development along with cross functional communication, software technical project management, requirements traceability, source code control, test case management and defect tracking. The Scrum Master monitors the health of the team by managing the implementation improvements as suggested in team retrospectives and having feedback conversations with all team members on a regular basis.

Pay Range: 55-60

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master supporting infrastructure groups
3+ years working experience with Scaled Agile and managing dependencies across multiple teams in or outside the Agile Release Train (ART)
Guidewire and Property & Casualty experience is a major plus
Excellent communication skills
Great skills and knowledge with facilitation, coaching, mentoring, scrumming distributed teams, conflict resolution, continual improvement and empowerment
