Job Description
The Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master is responsible for driving effective delivery across Agile product teams by fostering collaboration, optimizing team performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role supports the Product Owner, promotes Agile best practices, manages risks and dependencies, and empowers teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes in a predictable, transparent manner.
Pay Range: 50-65/hr

Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience delivering technical projects, ideally with a background in software development or technical project management.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile engineering practices (XP, TDD, CI/CD, Continuous Testing, Paired Programming).
Familiarity with relevant team technologies and understanding of technical dependencies and requirements.
Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and proven ability to apply them in real-world environments.
