Job Description
We’re seeking a Mid-Level BIM Specialist to support project delivery through model development, coordination, and documentation. This role bridges junior production and senior BIM leadership ideal for someone who can work independently while staying aligned with project teams.
On a day-to-day basis, this individual will be expected to:
- Develop, maintain, and coordinate Revit-based BIM models across multiple disciplines
- Produce construction documents, details, and schedules from BIM models
- Support model coordination and clash detection efforts
- Ensure models comply with company BIM standards and project requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and consultants
- Assist with BIM execution plans and quality control processes
- Troubleshoot modeling and documentation issues as they arise
Schedule Options (Hybrid):
Option 1: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (EST)
Option 2: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Required Skills & Experience
· 3–6 years of BIM experience in architecture, engineering, or construction
· Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP)
· Solid understanding of construction documents and workflows
· Experience with model coordination tools (Navisworks preferred)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Experience with Dynamo, AutoCAD, or BIM 360 / ACC
