Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an IT Support Analyst to support a growing, multi‑brand organization in the commercial and residential services space. This role will serve as a key point of contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 end‑user support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and networked systems. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, technically curious, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver a high level of service across a nationwide user base.
Pay for this role is $20-25

• End‑user IT support experience
• Tier 1 & Tier 2 help desk support
• Strong hardware, software, and troubleshooting skills
• Windows and Mac OS support
• Microsoft Office & Office 365 experience
• Active Directory user administration
• Remote desktop support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer‑service mindset supporting non‑technical users
