Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Technician to support environmental due diligence projects with a primary focus on Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and technical report writing. This role will be primarily office-based and will support project teams by assisting with field-related activities, compiling findings, and preparing high-quality environmental documentation. Experience supporting wetland delineations is a strong plus.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, Ecology, or a related field
1–5+ years of experience conducting Phase I ESAs
Strong understanding of ASTM Phase I ESA standards and environmental regulations
Proven experience with technical and report writing
Ability to conduct fieldwork, including site visits and property inspections
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
