Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Data Management Analyst to join its insurance client's Enterprise Data Management team. This role supports key initiatives in scorecarding, data quality, reference data, and glossary management. The ideal candidate combines technical skills with process awareness to deliver scalable data solutions and maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Design data models based on business needs and scorecarding requirements.
Write SQL queries and trace data lineage to source systems.
Maintain and enhance the enterprise glossary and metadata profiles.
Support reference data and data quality initiatives.
Develop reports and document processes clearly.
Help manage backlog and support team onboarding and training
The target pay rate for this position is between $55-60/hr and is based on years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
Experience with data lineage, reporting (Power BI preferred), and documentation.
Familiarity with enterprise glossary and metadata customization.
Ability to balance technical execution with process improvement.
Organized and proactive in managing tasks and backlog.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Insurance or financial services background.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and training content creation.
