Job Description
Senior commercial credit professional with deep experience underwriting and managing mid‑ticket to large‑ticket equipment finance transactions. Operates as a true generalist underwriter, owning deals end‑to‑end—from financial spreading and credit memo preparation through approval and ongoing portfolio management. A trusted partner to credit executives in a signature‑based approval environment, supporting both direct and indirect originations across asset‑intensive industries.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience with:
○ Proven commercial underwriting background
○ Mid‑ to large‑ticket transaction experience
○ Full credit write‑ups and financial spreading expertise
○ Portfolio management ownership
○ Asset‑based and/or equipment finance exposure
Bachelors in related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Direct equipment finance specialization
Encino system experience
Transportation / trucking sector depth
Indirect deal‑purchasing experience
