Job Description
Day-to-Day:
• Monitor and triage incoming feedback from internal employees and external consumers
• Review and analyze tester ratings, written feedback, videos, and photos
• Synthesize findings into clear, decision-ready summaries for cross-functional teams
• Support active product testing periods, including occasional weekend monitoring
• Partner closely with design, engineering, quality, and marketing stakeholders
• Organize, clean, and transfer testing data into a secure, AI-enabled digital research repository
Ensure insights are delivered accurately, clearly, and on time to inform product decisions

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
• 3–5 years of experience in consumer insights, UX research operations, product development support, quality programs, or field testing
• Strong project management experience
• Customer-facing experience
• Hands-on experience with feedback or testing platforms (Centercode, UserTesting, Qualtrics, or similar)
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, filtering, tagging)
• Experience creating clear, executive-ready reports in PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable insights
Working knowledge of AI tools and prompting techniques
