Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst that will be Operating as a key member of the ClaimCenter team within the broader Claims Technology and Operations organization, this individual will play a central role in supporting ongoing platform enhancements through detailed requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design. This position will serve as a critical liaison between claims business stakeholders and technical delivery partners, ensuring that operational needs are clearly understood, accurately translated, and effectively implemented within ClaimCenter solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of claims, operational support, project management and/or experience in IT delivery/implementation preferred

• Strong working knowledge of claims and/or insurance related systems. Knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter is preferable.

• Proficient in Agile methodologies and practices

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to communicate technical information in a business-friendly manner

• Ability to manage multiple and multi-faceted stakeholders

• Solution-oriented, creative thinker

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and drive results

• Attention to detail and focus on accuracy

• Highly ethical, professional, and trustworthy, with a commitment to compliance and integrity
