Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team of one of our clients. The Business Analyst will collaborate with users across departments to understand business needs and define system changes. This role involves gathering, documenting, and translating requirements into functional specifications for Epicor ERP and HighJump WMS. The Business Analyst will work closely with IT and operations teams to ensure process alignment and optimal system functionality. The pay range for this role is $45-55hr based on experience

Collaborate with Users: Work with users across departments to understand business needs and define system changes.
Requirements Gathering: Gather, document, and translate requirements into functional specifications for Epicor ERP and HighJump WMS.
Process Alignment: Ensure process alignment and optimal system functionality by working closely with IT and operations teams.
Facilitation: Lead discussions, conduct workshops, and bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.
Documentation: Provide detailed specifications, workflows, and recommendations for developers.
Testing and Validation: Oversee the testing, validation, and rollout of system updates, ensuring changes meet user expectations.
Training and Support: Develop documentation and training materials to support system adoption and user proficiency.
Troubleshooting: Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives.
