Insight Global is looking for an Account Clerk to join their clients team in the Innsbrook, VA are.
This role provides administrative and clerical support to the accounting department, focusing on data entry and routine financial tasks. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform administrative and clerical accounting functions, including filing and document management.
Prepare digital imaging and archiving of accounting documents.
Print checks, invoices, and statements; prepare for mailing to customers and vendors.
Process check deposits and daily banking transactions.
Respond to customer service inquiries professionally and promptly.
Liaise with Operations Recovery team to process recovery charges.
Handle Unclaimed Property letters to meet regulatory requirements.
Support audit and month-end close activities, as well as new customer/partner onboarding.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent work experience.
0–2 years of experience in a financial or administrative setting.
Basic Excel skills (no advanced formulas required).
Familiarity with large-scale accounting or business intelligence systems preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Professional communication and customer service skills.
