Software development role supporting mission-critical applications in a SCIF environment.
Team Lead responsibilities across a multi-company team (currently 3 senior developers).
70% maintenance and new development of existing mission applications.
High-visibility work supporting both internal government stakeholders and external users.
Lead weekly management tag-up meetings to review team accomplishments and ticket status.
Facilitate team scrum meetings (MWF) to track progress, identify blockers, and balance workloads.
Serve as liaison between development team, enterprise groups, and government stakeholders.
Ensure JIRA tickets are appropriately assigned (not responsible for ticket creation).
Maintain and enhance ServiceNow applications (related lists, business rules, UI actions, policies, scheduled jobs).
Participate in bi-weekly sprint planning and requirement tracking via JIRA.

Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly (required before start).
Minimum 5 years of experience (senior-level LCAT required).
Strong ServiceNow development experience.
Leadership or team lead experience in a development environment.
ServiceNow certification.
