Job Description
Our client is looking for a Right of Way Specialist to join the team in Sterling, VA! The position will focus on meeting with customers to obtain easements and notarizing signatures along with administrative work to file the documents. Candidate must be open to having a flexible schedule in order to meet customers during their availability (potential for meetings after 5pm and on weekends) and working potential overtime. Looking for a hard worker with great communication skills and ability to interact with customers!

Required Skills & Experience
• HS Diploma
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Current or ability to obtain a notary certificate in VA
• Great communication and ability to interact with customers face to face
• Self-motivated, able to do independent work
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prior ROW experience within the power utilities space
• Knowledge of easements and ROW documents
